3.24gm, 29.7mm. Possibley Kabul mint as unearthed there, RY 480 (= 702/3 AD). 
(The date was corrected on this type by Sims-Williams, from 474 to 480)
Crowned bust right, Bactrian legends "Tegin, King of Khorasan", uncertain countermark / Fire altar flanked by attendants. 
Z-370176 (It's me there) / Göbl, Dokumente Em. 240. Good very fine, finding deposit and dark patina. edge split still strong metal quality. Rare.
