Obverse:
Inside, Sikkah Bukhara "سيكة بخارا" meaning the coin of Bukhara' in Arabic,
In outer margin "الملك" (لله), Al-Mulk" an abbreviation of 'the power belongs to Allah' in Kufic arabic three times, surranded with dots.
Revers:
Inside field, the Chinese charakter 'ke' meaning 'tax' in Chinese, in the outer margin,
"ضرب هذا الدرهم ببلد الفخيرة سنة ثلاثة وستين وستة مئة"
'duriba haza al-dirham bibaldat al-fakhiirah sana' thalatha wa sittin wa sitta miah,
('this dirham was struck at the Glorious City in the year six hundred and sixty three' in Kufic Arabic).
