Reverse:  Incuse of obverse. The style & calligraphic suggests Mughal empires of Zahir al-Din Babar.
Zeno-356306 (It's me there), with holes as been used for jewellery otherwise about extremely fine. This remarkable piece was found in Central Asia. RRR
